How to book
Booking your weekend, mid-week break or week long adventure on the Murray River is real simple.
The following outlines everything you need to do once you’ve decided to
explore the river on the Meridian. All you need is a car license and the rest is easy.

Its also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have eg. sleeping arrangements on the boat, group sizes, extra activities, arrival times, driving of the boat etc. Further hiring detail is available in our

Once advised your preferred dates are available, we will hold this booking for 7 days. We require your booking fee / bond of $900 within these 7 days to secure it. Please ensure you have read our
Terms & Conditions of hire before sending through the booking fee.

The full hire fee is required one week prior to your departure. We will email you a reminder about this. Please note this amount does not include the booking fee.

Simply show up on the dates booked at the advised time. There will be a brief induction and houseboat driving lesson. We will assist you on your way and skipper you out to the river.

Enjoy exploring the Murray River on the houseboat!

Within 2 weeks of your return, we will refund your booking fee / bond. This amount will be less fuel and LP gas charges and returned via direct debit or cheque. Also any first aid items, lost items, damage, or additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the bond at this time.
